Yoseph Asfaw is a fractional Chief Technology Officer with deep experience overseeing emerging capabilities in application modernization, data strategy, governance, data engineering and AI readiness. With over 20 years of experience building large scale systems for commercial and federal government clients, Yoseph brings expertise supporting modernization and analytic efforts.

• Delivered the largest national Medicaid platform for data aggregation and built a national Datawarehouse to support analytic and research data curation for Medicaid ($175 Million).

• Built a national CRM for Office of Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) to help the tracking and support of illegally trafficked persons.

• Led initiatives spanning engineering excellence, user experience optimization, enterprise architecture, data and AI readiness.

He is recipient of the Digital Experience Technology Award (2020) and was named "Disruptive Change Agent" (2021) by G2Xchange.
