Rooted in decades of social-sector leadership, we recognize that social-impact organizations face a leadership capacity gap that fractional models are uniquely positioned to fill.
A flexible, agile talent and leadership model is more fit for our context of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, and it is also, importantly, better suited to leadership in the digital age.
Fractionals for Impact was born from the belief that social impact organizations deserve high-quality, seasoned senior leadership to deliver on their program ambitions, risk mitigation efforts, and digital and data transformations. We need these leaders to be more accessible, affordable, and aligned with current needs (not job descriptions).
And these leaders must be legitimate. Their work is grounded by social impact leadership values and practice, which means they are local, decolonial, and feminist, and lead through an equity- and inclusive-lens.
