Tigist Gizaw is a fractional Chief Growth and Revenue Officer with 15+ years of experience building the funding strategies, partnership models, and business development capabilities .

• At Second Muse Foundation oversaq a diverse portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects including a $1.5M circular economy initiative in South Asia and a $1.5M inclusive capital program, while building the grant-making, fundraising, and fiscal sponsorship policies that govern the Foundation's growth.

• At Oxfam, built a new business development function from the ground up — pioneering innovative finance mechanisms including an Outcomes-Based Fund for a Kenya water project and a Development Impact Bond at Zaatari refugee camp, while cultivating a diversified funding.
  

Tigist holds an MA in Management from Cambridge College and a BA from Addis Ababa University. Her research on NGO accountability and climate adaptation cited more than 230X in academic literature.
