Pilar Harris is a fractional Chief of Staff and Chief of Impact with a decade of experience helping organizations build, operate, and scale their most complex cross-sector initiatives. She has served as a trusted right hand to C-suite leaders and founding teams across Formula 1, Global Citizen, and The Female Quotient — operating at the intersection of social impact strategy, stakeholder management, and executive leadership.

• As a founding executive at the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, built the organization's community impact, government affairs, and sustainability infrastructure from the ground up — coordinating across elected officials, labor unions, Fortune 500 partners, and federal legislators to deliver the largest sporting event in Nevada history.

• At Global Citizen, mobilized $8–10M in corporate partnerships within weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic declaration.

• At The Female Quotient, managed 20 Fortune 100 partners across 40 annual events at the world's most influential business and cultural platforms — including Davos, Cannes Lions, Art Basel, and SXSW.
  

Pilar holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside.
