Alba Gutiérrez García is a fractional Chief Impact Officer with over 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development leadership — more than half of it as a Country Director and Head of Mission across Latin America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Led country operations for NRC, DRC, Terre des Hommes, and INTERSOS — managing teams of up to 340 staff and multi-million-dollar budgets through the full operational cycle, including rapid scale-up, strategic downsizing, and programmatic pivots.

• Built a strong track record in organizational transformation — restructuring teams, repositioning programs, and navigating institutional change with the analytical rigor and people-centered leadership that keeps organizations moving forward without losing direction.

• Brings a feminist and decolonial framework to management practice, centering accountability to communities and long-term org health.
